Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that can benefit everyone. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki helps resolve emotional distress and trauma, which in turn will help reduce pain and tension throughout the body.
Sound Therapy
Using a combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, the gong, and other percussion instruments I create a deeply relaxing and healing treatment. Sound is transformative and can heal at a cellular level, it can help with a variety of conditions including stress, anxiety, and insomnia as the sounds entrain your brainwaves bringing you into a state of deep relaxation, giving your body a chance to rest and heal. Sound Therapy is an absolute 'must try' experience.
